Like… can’t talk through contractions, everything is building, it’s clearly “go time.”

Things can go from calm… to baby in arms faster than you expect.
The sweet spot is earlier than you think
I always tell my clients:
Call me when you think you might be in labor.
Not when you’re sure.
Not when you’re timing perfectly.
Not when you’re already 7–8 cm.
Because I’d rather get there and things slow down…
than miss the moments that matter most.
The quiet ones.
The anticipation.
The way the room feels before everything changes.
